The job
All Paperwork is handed in to dispatch daily
The customer is a 24 hour per day operation. Driver is given a start time and that is the expected time the driver starts each day. Upon arrival driver is given a load. Driver completes that load and checks in for another load upon return to the customer. Delivery locations are in PA, NY, NJ, DE, MD and WV. Some drop and hook and some live unload. Some weekend work is needed depending on customer needs. Mandatory 1 Saturday per month if customer needs
Good to know
- Most of our loads are one stop deliveries. You are home everyday. Most of the deliveries we make are repeat customers so you will get to know them. the customer is a growing company and have just invested in increasing their production capacidy by adding an additional corrugator and several converting machines. We are in the process of growing with them.
- An Unsuccessful driver: Does not communicate to dispatch. Does poor pre and post trip inspections. Has poor attendance and does not come to work on time.
Pay, benefits and extras
Average pay: $1,100 a week (reported by the hiring company; results vary)
- Transmission: Automatic and Manual Transmissions
- No-idle heat and A/C: 1800 watt inverters and some APU
- Benefits: 1st of the month after starting

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 6+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- At least 21 years old
- Current DOT medical card and a clean drug screen
- Driving record: no more than 2 in the past 3 years
